You posted in 2021, it's 2023 now, and the price of the MATIC coin hasn't experienced a huge price increase, so I think the reason is because the competition in crypto is getting tougher.
maybe the question is in general meaning even how long it could take but at least reaching 20$ is what OP wanted to hear .
but what i do believe? is that in 5 years time possibilities are there for matic.
and I'm sure this will be part of their plans mate , Matic team is there to provide for their users and supporters and burning is one way to prove them about being concern from their investing .
the Team is working for everything they can bring their supporters so why need to make it an issue when the investors are truly waiting for this to become reality , matic price will only increase once this is coming to this way.
