It is not right to use scam to recognize a country. Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa, sixth in the world. Having the highest GDP in Africa. Which means, even as Nigeria has bad leadership and mismanagement, it is still recognized in the world. But there is high rate of unemployment that makes educated individuals not to have job or either underemployed and not living up to expection.
