I can see some scam accusations against Betnomi in this thread and the betnomi team needs to address them before the people perception of this casino changes.
I don't see it as an accusation, tbh. The above users are just sharing their concerns regarding slow transactions. They experienced the same issue before and it got resolved. But I agree with you, betnomi team should fix this one for all.
One reason maybe the new year holidays and lack of staff to process the complaints
This is not an excuse. Customers shouldn't wait days to get their money because the team members are on vacation.
