He obviously meant that he created that account for the sole purpose of trying to get his case known and beg this casino to pay attention to him and his problem. 
I mean, he has never opened a thread on this forum.

One could argue whether what he is doing is spam or not, but he has not been banned yet, I do not think he should be.
