Its hard as a newbie but as you get more into technical discussions, make logical posts (instead of general opinion posts), you may start catching the eyes of few merit sources who might help you rank up.
Yeh but i adding with you, In many cases, newbies who start posting make mistakes and think they need to increase their rank very quickly. But it seems to me now that in some cases a little more serious posting can have a lot of merits and there are many members who are always willing to help.
If you have the knowledge, it gets easier. You'll learn over time.
Also agree the point, Even if it is not possible in the first stage or shortly, it is possible to increase the knowledge and make oneself efficient through proper efforts. after that it is possible to gradually acquire the next ranks.
