Yep, both accusations are solved now. One of them has received the withdrawal, the other user account has been locked as multiple account abuser. I tried to bring it to their attention, but both of them have decided to keep their feedback on TrustDice representative account. You may read

Not a big deal, though, since none of them is a dt member and you didn't get any negative feedback from a dt member.
They aren't DT1 member, but both of them are in DT2. So, you can't ignore their feedbacks.
