Stats are a bit improved in December but in January Community is on fire and many new members are active again credit goes to Shahzadafzal and other community members who invited the Pakistani Users Via PM, As still, I think there are many members who don't even know about our local thread. So I think still we need to figure out those members too.
Being an active member of Pakistani page for last 3 to 4 months, I can say with confidence that this community won't sleep if they have there separate local board. One solution may be that administrator may move silent local board to other languages/locations and create new local board for active community.
