What we have done here is that I have forwarded these concerns along with your specific concerns, screenshots, and your comment in this thread internally. Our team is currently investigation this issue if proven correct.
it's a good move to always respond to any issues you have in this thread. maybe you have to always update every problem that your customers are complaining about.
if you haven't found a proper investigation, it's better for you to write a few comments on the complaint so that they think you have a good response and your reputation will recover soon.
I like to see gambling that has problems, but the board assigned to bitcointalk is always active in responding to a number of responses or complaints that must be answered and resolved.
