I've seen your merit history, most of the Merit you have earned is from the local board. Your contribution in Local Pakistan has brought you almost to Full member rank. You can continue to contribute there because it's easier to get merit on the Local Board than on the global one.
I will add two merits as motivation for you to be more consistent in maintaining the quality of posts which can lead you to become a full member more quickly. Continue to rely on yourself, never feel satisfied after you go to Full member because after that there are three more ranks that you have to achieve.
