as previously suggested just sell your car for fiat money and then find a good exchange to convert that fiat into the crypto you want or use localbitcoins ( with a reputable member ) or something like that.
There must be a reason OP wants to sell off his car using crypto as a medium of transaction. Obviously, he knows about the existence of fiat currency. Maybe he wants to avoid other extra costs such as transaction costs, huge taxes or cross-border ridiculous exchange rates. You never know.
