Here we ago another newbie claiming that he cant access his account while the proof he sent above is just a crop screenshot showing that he is chatting the email support simultaneously without support response despite Duckdice has a live support. I dont want to accused the OP as a liar but its just odd that he use email to chat the support instead the live support also the last case against Duckdice is same to this and he is using email to chat the support too.
