Im still positive that they come back and resolve the issue because they already spend a lot of money on forum promotion just to ruined it for a 1000Euro complaint.
Assuming that is the case, they should have left someone else taking care of the clients while the handler of the account is in vacation.
I agree with the both of you on the fact that the Yesbet inactiveness is the major reason why this issue have not been resolved, and if tou have being following up with this thread you will know that their team has not been active right from time, and that is why the instructed their former campaign manager to respond to complains on their behalf before that agreement was terminated some time ago.
And like you said, I am also positive that Yesbet will come online some days and anwswer to all the questions on this thread and outside the thread.
The account is already being marked in red and when their resume their vacation they see what happened and will respond accordingly.
