This is sad and sorry for the hard time you are getting with the non-responsive casino support, but you have not included all the necessary details showing your deposit details on the blockchain and screenshots showing that your account has been banned
Duckdice has had a shady past, they did try to clean the image after some time, but I am not sure how far they have gone.

then i start sending mails to
Support@duckdice.io from where i just got an automated response few days ago.
now some of users asked to provide proof of ban,

Also, there is no live support inquiry about anyone having a banned account with a balance on it, there were however countless banned accounts created by the person who's contacting us "trolling" that they'll take our trustpilot score to 1 star rating. Those accounts have no balance on them, no deposits, our blackmailer was simply creating them so he can get in touch with live support pretty much to tell us to check our trustpilot score, as he's made 5-10 more 1 star ratings from multiple accounts. ( trustpilot has taken down most of them as they're fake reviews).
