Why do you keep signing up onto it with alternate accounts if you are not wanted there? Is it the only gambling platform available?
I think they have a right to terminate their service with you as per the terms of service and you should respect their decision too.
However, at least the casino management must provide reasons or clarity for the problem. Every casino site must be able to properly solve the problems experienced by its users.
However, this can affect the reputation of a casino, so that there is no gambler who is disappointed with casino decisions without definite clarity so that gamblers can act as they please because it can damage good reputation and make other gamblers distrust the casino site.

At least the casino management can provide a direct and precise explanation so that users who experience these problems can immediately understand what has happened and they don't feel disappointed or their complaints are not given a good response by casino management.
If this happens to you and there are a number of assets in the casino's wallet, but after you file a complaint the casino management says they will provide more responses and reasons at a later time without any immediate resolution, then what are your actions and what are you going to do ?.

It is not the case. I don't think you had followed the whole story here, there are no assets freezed in players balance : he cannot just use their site anymore , he can ( and guess he did) withdraw his remaining balance there if there is any.
