Welcome to the forum and since tou have being operating since 2019 i am sure you already know how things are done in the gambling market, first let me get some clearities on one point, tou said you request KYC for fiat clients but an exception to cryptocurrency client on an amount less then 2000 which is still a low max amount for kyc, tou should consider raising it to 5,000 and above to attract huge wager players who's amount always go above your limit for KYC.
Secondly, is the 2000 kyc amount is it on 1-time withdrawal or deposit or accumulating the total deposit /withdrawal balance over time to trigger KYC demand?
