So we need someone to answer this question who has won the weekly lottery do they get email notifications of their winnings.
I don't mind if I don't get notified about lottery winners because I can still see them on the freebitcoin site live, but if I win getting notified by email that's even better

I have confirmed this many times before. All lottery winners get notified by email unless they have unsubscribed from all emails. If you won a didn't get an email either something went wrong on our email server or your email provided didn't deliver it for some reason.
