Collateral?
A month year old newbie account shouldn't ask for collateral, that's for the real members like shasan/condoras/etc to ask.
Dude why so abusive? there's nothing wrong for a newbie account asking for collateral and other details, even a scammer or red tagged user is completely fine if they're want to become a lender, not as a borrower since no one will believe it.
The question is do you want to lend your money to @OP? if you want to lend any money, your post is pointless since you're not helping anyone here.
I wrote this because sending collateral to a 1 month old account is in a higher risk than sending a loan to an over 2 year long active member.
