this only looks to me like certain restrictions have been introduced according to the country you come from. there can be various reasons for this and it is only a question of harmonizing with some regulations.
I would check it, but I would definitely withdraw the funds from there as soon as possible.
There are no restrictions placed on my country, at least what I'm aware of. That's why I was asking if something similar happened to other forum members lately. That thousands of users would be affected and also somebody would reply here in this thread I guess. So, it seems it's something about my account specifically.
