I could not understand what was wrong if any newbie account even any negatively trusted user wanted to know about the collateral. It will not be a problem until the newbie account holder or the negatively trusted user wants to hold the collateral. A negatively trusted user or newbie user can accept the loan request and collateral can be held by a trusted escrow provider.
