Investment in bitcoin is not a bad thing but you should know that bitcoin is volatile and therefore you would need to know the market trend very well before going into it. As a bitcoin holder, holding for a short time requires you to trade constantly so as to making profit which means you buy at the particular price love at time interval and sell it when the price goes high. If investing for a long time, then you would have to buy at a particular time when the price is low or at your wish and holding for a long time which is encouraging so as not to be at loss. As long term investor, you would need some patience while holding because the market sometimes is very much  mind shaking and of you do not have a strong self control, you might likely sell so as to not to be on the loosing end.
