I am not really getting this, at first you did not formally make introduction of any kind, no website to look into, no details to hang unto, yet you want participants to sign up with $10 bonus to be given out upon registration, do they know what they are really signing up for?

You want to give sign up details over telegram, what then happened here? If you feel here is not reliable then why making a thread here? You should have done that on telegram platform where you feel is ok for you so you could be free to give out your registration details.
