i am a newbie in bitcoin, and i plan to buy bitcoin,, and will invest in bitcoin, and i want to ask everyone? if investing in bitcoin is it better short term or long term??? but in my opinion, long-term investment is better, but what do you think?
Short-term investment can be considered gambling or lottery. You can lose (most probably) or you can win (if you're lucky). If it's time-limited and you need to cash out at some certain time it's always a bad idea. There's a significant chance you'll have to liquidate at a loss.
Not really, there is an investment that is good for short-term, mid-term, and long-term. So investing in a short-term investment does not mean the investor is gambling. Short-term investment example is day trading or swing trading, another example is real estate flipping where one buys real estate with an intention of quickly selling it for a higher price after some improvement and renovation.
Bitcoin can either be invested in the short, mid, or long term but among this method of investment, long term with occasional selling to increase the Bitcoin holding is proven to be the best approach to take the most profit.
