I think you need to provide proof, you say you already sent many emails to support, but why do you still refuse to post pictures of the email conversations you had with support? why don't you post the transaction id of the deposit you made at the casino? why don't you post your username in this thread? you are just deviating from the subject by posting other people's cases, so far I don't see you being right in this case for the simple reason: you are not presenting any proof, while the casino support is even trying hard to help you, enough you will see that the support guy is very active in this thread, but all you know how to do is keep posting things that have no proof, posting other people's cases

i was banned from the site when i keep asking again and again from their live support team, still i am waiting of their response as he said he have read my mails but he dont want to reply me their on my email, a site moderator would always invite me to site support center to sol my issue but he is kinda trying to make its a drama.
