Traders go to their exchanges and sort the coins list based on 24 hour volume or price change and try to find the garbage that is being pumped that day to take some profit out.
Whales have bigger fish to fry so they don't care about such little things. They usually work behind the scenes if they get involved with shittokens too.

I looked at your site, it is not really a big competition for the existing sites that list shitcoins/tokens. The "market" is already saturated with sites like this too.
