I am not most people who have lost money, but we cannot call this a bull run yet. We are at a similar value we were at 3 months ago and that's indicative of a market recovery, but it's not yet a bull market.
I agree with you. It is too early to say 'bullrun', we are still far from BTC ATH. We can call 'bullrun' when BTC price is nearing its ATH. IMO, if it is above $50k, then we can call 'bullrun'.
The current increase is quite significant, the price is almost to achieve $25k but it is true that it is not so different from a few months ago.
