I placed this bet pre match
https://ibb.co/Rbcy44nAs you can see, Vojtech, Jiri was -222 when I bet him before the match. As soon as the match started, Vojtech, Jiri
was now +105 (before any points were played). I did a comparable on bet365 and they also had it at +105. Thats over 300 point swing oddswise. Clearly an error.
Vojtech, Jiri won the first set and now he was -182 to win the match. If the -222 was really a true number, he would have now been -400+!
Anyways, after the 2nd set, they were tied and odds were now +125 on bet365 and +110 on stake respectively.

I had been informing support of the issue throughout the match and instead of investigating, they just block me and tell me oh odds were right really? Did the other play take steroids before the first point to make him swing over 300 points? From -222 to +105?
Someone please tell me I am wrong here.
Oh and yes, Im a 💎 3 player on stake but this one is bad.

Looks like only when there is a challenge to handle a situation, that is When a new bie gets onboard here. Anyways welcome to the bitcointalk platform. Be rest assured that your complaint would be looked into and do not pannic as I believe their representative would respond to you. It is very disappointing when yo out find out that you have been banned, blocked or suspended from a platform for which you have been a member for a long time being. It is very bad that they failed to put this in cognizance while looking into your complaint and observation. Even if the errors are from them, there is always a way to solve a problem without taking such drastic measures on you. It is so so dissatisfying to hear and see such happen. They failed to know that the customer care service is the major pillar of every organization and if they fail to put up to standard and start neglecting their customers, there is every possibility that the customer may leave their services and not only that if the customer has more followership, they would all leave as well which means a loss to the organization.
I think it is high time casinos customer care service be looked into as most of the complaint coming in do not portray them in good fate.
