if i was a genius player at casino games then i would also be getting these very generous bonuses once i'm verified up to level2 and soon i'll be at level3 but i only do sports betting so i won't get those high generous bonuses that's also why my account is not yet of a high level, i have a question: do all people who have verified accounts get bonus on their birthday or does this only apply for the first year that the person has been verified? they already answered you and their answer was that everything is fine, that is, they didn't see anything wrong, but I believe you are insisting that everything is wrong and they no longer have an answer to give you.

@Slow death its definitely worth upgrading on Stake, but its okay if youre yet not upgraded yet but if youre constantly playing there then it should be on your to do list to upgrade as soon as its possible. @Yolo89 if youre so sure of this you can reach other Stake representatives out here, but if they too deem that your case has no merits then youll have no option but to let this go so do try and contact one of them and see what they have to say about your issue.
