Because I'm pretty much sure this case is over. I am surprised you still insisted on this

1. You're caught to sign up and closes account several times at a very short time span for an incredulous reason: you want to take a "break" which only last for days and opened new ones with different email account. Which normal and honest person would ask for account closure just for a several days of break? Can you give me a very logical reason why you asked for such? Any logical reason.

2. You didn't admit the first time of having accounts in the past, where a honest user would most likely answered the question with "yes, I had a couple in the past, but I've closed them," or something alike, which only paint a further impression that you tried to hide that fact.

3. You said you never use any promotion or feature or anything, but you clearly use a boosted bet, which is listed as a promotion on their page. How you perceive on "lot of information about various news and sponsorships is also listed on the promotionas page.  Since there is a boost feature on such a page, you cannot claim that boost is a promotion." is beyond me. The definition of the boosted bet itself is a clear indication that it's a feature, a bonus, and you utilized it.

Steve --and handful of other members here-- already gave strong evidences of foul play and this case is ruled out as a false accusation. If you still insist on proving you're right and wrongfully accused, I'll suggest you to move your dispute to AG or CG. I'll have to warn you though, the evidences Steve had in his hand clearly shows a multi-acc abuse, so I don't think it will worth much, they'll probably came to the same conclusion as us here on the forum.
