I cannot tell you for sure that the bear market is over bu what I can tell you is that a ne accummulation phase has taken place. We may see it goong down to its current support but I actually believe that thrre is an accummulation phase ongoing.
Indeed. It is difficult to know whether it is over or not. 
However, surely there is already a good improvement in crypto market. Most crypto coins have big increases in the prices, it indicates that we have a better situation now.
