Blockchain by design is an immutable database in which you cannot manipulate the data that’s already stored within.
Wrong.
Blockchain by design is just a chain of blocks. Nothing else. What makes blockchain immutable is the cryptocurrency and its rules that are enforced by the nodes. It could be centralized and mutable or decentralized and immutable or somewhere in between.
For example the biggest shitcoin called Ethereum also uses blockchain but it is not immutable since it has a centralized authority that can change and has changed the blockchain if they wanted to (like recovering their own money in DAO).

The fact that we have validations combined with the blockchain hashing process
Another mistake. Again blockchain is just a chain of blocks, how those blocks are mined depends on the cryptocurrency. Again the shitcoin called Ethereum isn't using Proof of Work (anymore) so there is no "hashing" involved.

Do you think blockchain will take over as the universally adopted way of doing business? Let me know your thoughts on the comments.
No because blockchain as a database is the least efficient solution for the centralized world.
