I don't think you got anything to prove your point here and maybe the neutral tag will remain for the rest of the lifetime on your account. A neutral tag is completely okay imo, it will atleast remind everyone about your clutter created in the future, to decide for themselves how to deal with you. All you got to do is stay with it and dont mess up again. Best of luck!
