JollyGood and ScamVirus can not be banned because they tag you, not part of the rules.
If you are talking about the false accusation/feedback on your profile, for your info, forum doesn't moderate trust feedback.
If a user continue to use trust feedback to spam a user continuously, moderator will moderate that as it has happened in the past, someone showed me a link like that but I do not see the link again. But we can think that moderators do not moderate trust feedbacks, it is true because they do not interfere with it at all, just that spam exceptional case only was interfered with.
