I thought your problem is solved. Anyway, have you tried my suggestion from my previous posts in your thread? If it didn't work and the problem is still there make sure that you always do a factory reset everytime you flash the unit.

And actually, you have different unit but try to change your network settings from DHCP to static use the same IP but this time add DNS(Google DNS or Cloudflare DNS) maybe the Pie chart is pulling somewhere online.
