Got it. So the OP did not sent back the fund even did not sent you the account details what he was talking about. Its clear that you always went upfront but the OP cheat you.
This is actually a good lesson for you. You are looking for a low price and scammer is taking this room to cheat you.
Dont make deal without using escrow.

One weight straight down (from cashapp) and other got scam warn after receiving money.
So he manage to trick me paying him 50% upfront for fully verified account that worth 100$
I did nothing else than accepting his terms, paying his 50$ upfront but then he starts to ignore me.
As seen above, i tried contacting him from different accounts just to see ( i already know he is online) will he answer me.
He start to milk me for more cash he can 40 30 20 whatever he can get from me which i refused of course.
He think that i own him some more money for the account to provide it to me but the fact is that he offered 50% upfront and the rest 50% after.
Anyway, when i refused to deal with him anymore saying i don't want this account anymore, i wanted for the 50$ refund, fuck the 10$ he scammed earlier and of course he ignoring me.
Yeah my language and responses are trash but i am mad.
