cause from my research i found that 50% of btc have been lost
And your research is based on what numbers?
As per previous Glassnode studies, 8.55 million BTC, or 45% of the circulating supply, havent moved in two years, while 7.22 million BTC, or 38%, havent moved in three years.
If we assume coins that haven't moved in 3 years to be lost, which is quite the stretch since I actually have coins that old you're left with just 38%, and probably the numbers if far lower, closer to 8% than to 38%
so in truth only a very few get to benefit from it just like most things that have value in this world.
All you have to do is not lose your keys, create a back-up and store it properly, from this to a soap drama about how bitcoin is something only for the chosen elite is quite a long stretch.
