I have already tagged him. I think it's enough. If people are at least a little bit aware of scams they will not miss it. He is now super silent and I don't think he will come back to explain something from his end. Already you have shown the details. He don't have anything to show again Its not like the scammer will show up again but he needs neg rep anyways.
