With Haaland and Kane proving to be FPL goldmines, owning both could be the key to success in the second half of the season. However, given their high prices, managers will need to find some cost-effective alternatives to make room for them. Nketiah, Weghorst, and Ferguson are all excellent options, with double gameweeks and strong recent form that make them valuable additions to any roster. Furthermore, Ferguson's low cost allows managers to switch to a 3-5-2 formation, which could give them an advantage over competitors.
I really don't fancy owning Kane to be honest and wouldn't opted for him if not for the game week, I felt his value would be better spent to upgrade my midfielders a bit while also getting similar points as Kane often provide from cheaper forwards like Mitrovic and Toney, while also making your team more flexible when needing to transfer in two or more players e.g one midfielder and a forward, or defender.
What are your thoughts on this? Because I already have Mitovic, I'm considering Kane to Nketieh until at least Jesus recovers from his injury. Nketieh will always be in command of that position. Tottenham are struggling at the moment. For the DGW , Almiron to Bruno looks perfect.
