Making a plagiarized post once is enough for getting banned.But is the ban permanent after the first offense? Even if it is, I always think there is some right to appeal. Either way, that's not the subject of this topic.
As far as I know, you can still log in, but you can't do anything else. I've seen a thread about this before, but can't find it right now. Either way, I can confirm the account is still banned. 
Right, that's what I thought. So how are you doing today? Wasn't he banned a month ago? At least that's what I understood, but maybe I'm wrong.
