It will be a miracle if you get the repayment. I think this type of communication could be good if the borrower ask for more extension then please ask partial repayment about at least 20$ from the borrower. If you can get that partial amount then we will be able to think another time that you may get the repayment. If the borrower cant repay that small amount then please give it up and create a scam accusation as well as flag.

FWIW I would be surprised if this ends well, having been burned by quite a few "high ranking" Stake players in the past. However, they do sometimes repay at least one loan.
