Have you tried to access the miner through a mobile browser?
Seems you tried almost all possible solutions but it didn't work maybe the PC you are using blocking the Pie Chart?

So try the Chrome browser on mobile and access the dashboard again then update here if it's just your PC preventing the Pie chart to load.
