Simply put: you want to centralize bitcoin? We already have all the things you taught us in this lesson, it's just that, they are not mostly managed by a central entity, therefore we have a chaotic yet working decentralized system, however there are a few centralized sub-systems, but the core infrastructure of bitcoin system is community driven.
