So this user create a thread about top 10 AI coins, he have mentioned he took it from Forbes article although he doesn't put the original source (AFAIK it's not plagiarism because he already mention he took from Forbes), the original source is https://www.forbes.com/uk/advisor/investing/cryptocurrency/top-10-artificial-intelligence-ai-cryptocurrencies/

But after I compare his thread and the article, he's not only took the definition from Forbes article, but he also took from this article https://www.publish0x.com/binance-bnb/top-5-ai-crypto-coins-xwymxxn

I aware he's provide the original website link, but it doesn't show a same copied text like he copy from publish0x, does it's a ban able offense?

Not only Mr. Magkaisa, even the author of the article at Publish0x also said that he got the information for his article also from the Forbes article.

In this article you will know the Top 5 AI Crypto Coins, this is based on the Forbes Advisor article

But can all this be called plagiarism? wait, don't directly accuse him of plagiarism. What if the author on Publish0x is Mr. Magkaisa himself?

After seeing the author's profile in the Publish0x article, i assume that the author is from Philippines (seeing from the photo on his profile), then i looked at the history of posts made by Mr. Magkaisa in this forum and i also found that Mr. Magkaisa is from Philippines [Ninjastic data].

In my opinion, the only way to see if Mr. Magkaisa is a plagiarist or not is by waiting for part 2 of the "Top 5 AI Crypto Coins" article, if there is a significant difference, then we can mark Mr. Magkaisa as a plagiarist.
