I hope you are the right person here to address this.
It would be very helpful if kraken starts to communicate their website issues more often, right on time and public. (put a news box on the website, twitter ... lots of possibilities)
At the moment we customers are left alone for sometimes several hours without any information on a website that is not working properly or can't even be accessed.
Those ongoing issues are getting serious. Last week we were left for 4hrs! and not even one notice from the team.
I think it's getting obvious that this is not a very good service being offered.
Sorry but I am getting a "bit" angry about this!!!
