@Fleshslasher you claim in that first post that email has been changed, while bpip shows that it hasn't been changed. Are you 100% sure that you don't have access to that email address?
I'm not sure bpip records all changes regarding account security, and I don't think all email changes from different accounts are recorded there at all.I hope I'm wrong about this assumption, but pay attention to this one problem. If I remember correctly, @jkoil has changed his email recently after he got his account back, but there is no record that he has changed email on bpip.
