Doubtful on my side, the campaign you pointed requires an authentication post to join, while there are no archives whatsoever to prove you were ever involved in the campaign. I also somewhat agree with the comment below you. Idk the bounty conduciveness at that time, maybe using someone else's identity is common. 
i alread said it the account is mostly used and created in the Netherlands if anyone have logic they can see that the accounts ip is now used by a weird country
As I said that IP address isn't enough for recovery. Looks like there is no choice but to give up your account (if it really is yours)
