You are in a dilemma, it’s impossible to change one’s email address without the current password to the account. You can try to reset password if you have a secret question set. The other way to do this is to check your saved passwords on your browser or device, it should be there since you’re automatically logged in each time you access the forum. I think that’s your best option at the moment.
