Any coin using 'Bitcoin' in their name should not be allowed.
This is a direct attack on Bitcoin and i don't believe you have permission to use the name.

It is clearly stated in the OP that Bitcoin+ is a codename. No one owns Bitcoin per se. Mt Gox has the trademark but I think they have enough issues of their own...
Why not make a new PC and call it 'Apple+' and see how that ends up, all the best to you though.
