What happens when a refund is sent to the vcc?

Ever had a situation like this?
Example:
I buy something from store A.
When the goods arrive I see the size is wrong and ask for a replacement.
Store A replies that my size is no longer available and will send a refund to the credit card on file.
Will you see the refunded amount? Will I be able to spend it again?

Hello, since the virtual cards are closed after the customer has used them, the card is definitely not refunded and such transactions are not allowed.
We can't do anything about it if the place where you bought it said it was returned.
