Did I get it right? You woke up after three years of inactivity, but now cannot remember your password? How did you know it a few minutes ago? And, you cannot access your email account anymore?

That is what i was thinking that he didn't forget his password for the last 3 years and never login. Now he login with his password and the very next minute he forgot his password.
Don't know if OP is specking true or not but in any situation, it is not possible to recover the account if he lost his password, he does not have any access to email and he haven't staked his bitcoin address.
