@elegigglebets, I can see you didn't create a scam accusation thread against them yet! Maybe you need to do it to create some noise and bring their attention to your case. You will need to follow the proper format which you can copy from the sticky thread on the scam accusations board. You will also need to provide all the evidences you have.
Casinos may seize customers funds under some circumstances or when there is an ongoing investigation. But saying that an investigation may take up to six months is not acceptable.
Hope they will solve this case asap.
